You may NOT use our Service to send emails containing:

  • Instructions for illegal activities

  • Malware, viruses, trojans, or other harmful code
  • Phishing or spoofing attempts
  • Social engineering attacks
  • Links to malicious websites
  • Exploits or vulnerabilities

2.3 Abusive or Offensive Content

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or bigotry
  • Harassment, threats, or intimidation
  • Violence or graphic content
  • Adult or sexually explicit content
  • Content promoting self-harm or suicide
  • Child exploitation material (will be reported to authorities)

2.4 Fraudulent Content

  • Advance fee fraud ("419 scams")
  • Ponzi or pyramid schemes
  • Work-from-home scams
  • Lottery or prize scams
  • Romance scams
  • Investment fraud

2.5 Infringing Content

  • Copyright-infringing materials
  • Trademark violations
  • Unauthorized use of intellectual property
  • Pirated software or media

3. Prohibited Activities

3.1 Spam and Unsolicited Email

You may NOT:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
  • Send emails without recipient consent
  • Use purchased, rented, or harvested email lists
  • Send emails without a clear opt-out mechanism
  • Continue sending to addresses that have unsubscribed
  • Use deceptive subject lines or headers
  • Hide the sender's identity

3.2 System Abuse

You may NOT:

  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or usage restrictions
  • Use automated tools to abuse the Service
  • Perform stress tests or load tests without permission
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse engineer or decompile our software
  • Probe or scan our systems for vulnerabilities
  • Launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks

3.3 Impersonation and Deception

You may NOT:

  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Use fake or misleading sender information
  • Forge email headers or routing information
  • Create accounts using false information

3.4 Resource Abuse

You may NOT:

  • Consume excessive bandwidth or server resources
  • Store excessive amounts of data
  • Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining
  • Use the Service as a file hosting or backup service

4. Email Sending Requirements

4.1 Consent

You MUST:

  • Obtain explicit consent before sending marketing emails
  • Maintain records of consent
  • Only send transactional emails to users with whom you have a business relationship
  • Clearly identify the purpose of emails during consent collection

4.2 Sender Identification

All emails MUST include:

  • Accurate "From" name and email address
  • Valid physical postal address
  • Clear identification of the sender organization
  • Accurate subject line reflecting email content

4.3 Unsubscribe Mechanism

Marketing emails MUST:

  • Include a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe link
  • Process unsubscribe requests within 48 hours
  • Not require login or payment to unsubscribe
  • Not ask for additional information to unsubscribe
  • Honor opt-outs permanently

4.4 Content Labeling

You MUST:

  • Clearly identify emails as advertisements when applicable
  • Not use misleading subject lines
  • Label adult content appropriately

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

5.1 Compliance Monitoring

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor usage patterns for compliance
  • Review reported content
  • Use automated systems to detect violations
  • Investigate complaints from recipients

5.2 Violations and Consequences

If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may:

  • Issue a warning
  • Temporarily suspend your account
  • Throttle or limit your sending rate
  • Permanently terminate your account
  • Report violations to law enforcement
  • Withhold refunds
  • Take legal action

5.3 No Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from enforcement actions taken under this AUP.

7. Changes to This Policy
